Practical activities – Games – Basketball, Hockey, Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Netball, Badminton, Tennis, Table tennis, Rounders, Swimming, Trampolining, Athletics, Outdoor Pursuits.

2 types:-
Theory – weekly basis (1-2 hours)
Practical – Students should be participating in a minimum of 2 hours extra-curricular sport each week.
